Workers will perform entry‑level cotton gin labor under direct supervision. Duties include bagging and tagging bales, pulling cotton samples, sweeping floors, cleaning lint filters, refilling supplies, clearing minor debris, picking up loose cotton around the yard, and removing trash buildup. Workers will perform basic shed sanitation tasks such as trash pickup, bathroom cleaning, and maintaining clean work areas in and around the gin. All tasks are routine and require 1 month of prior agricultural or related work experience to ensure familiarity with basic workplace safety and general labor practices. All work will be completed following instructions provided by the supervisor. Los trabajadores realizarán labores de nivel inicial en la desmotadora de algodón bajo supervisión directa.
