Cook food items to menu specifications and recipes, including sandwiches, burgers, and pizzas. Follow recipes and portion standards when preparing food items. Assist with preparation of non-cooked food items. Use safe and sanitary food handling procedures throughout all stages of food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking and prep areas, workstation, and kitchen equipment. Receive, rotate, and store inventory in designated areas. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed to support kitchen operations. Dispose of trash and food preparation waste.
