مهام ومتطلبات العمل

Desk Agents will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, taking reservations, distributing hotel’s information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. Desk Agents will also be responsible for pre-registering and producing key packs, handling cashier duties and balance one’s bank at conclusion of shift, completing shift check list and necessary reports, and monitor guest accounts and room inventory. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-9:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
