Equine duties include assist with breeding, grooming and handling horses; stable attendant; tractor driving, water/feed horses; overall equine care during quarter racing breeding season; help repair and maintain barn, corrals, equip., farm, fences, field, gates; upkeep of horse grounds, horse stalls, pastures, roads, sheds, shop and water troughs; load/haul/unload hay bales; mow/weed-eat grass. Job involves frequent stooping and lifting. Must be able to lift and carry sufficient weight to lift, carry and move equipment and material necessary to complete assigned tasks. The Employer will rely on workers’ own representations and observations of workers to assess if the workers meet this qualification. Exposure to extreme temps.; must have 3 months experience in similar occupation; overtime may be offered. Job hours: Friday to Wednesday - 7am -1pm; Thursday - 7am - 11am.
