The work also includes ordering feed to support ongoing animal care, loading hogs for transport when they are ready to move to market or to farms, maintaining buildings used for the pigs, and cleaning the buildings and trucks used to transport hogs to market and to farms. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
