কাজের দায়িত্বসমূহ
The employer is seeking reliable, responsible, hardworking individuals. Employees will supervise field workers, drivers and other seasonal workers. They may occasionally drive workers to the worksite or back to the housing. Supervision duties include demonstrating to field workers how to perform the different tasks properly and providing daily instruction to workers. The supervisor may be required to take workers once a week to the grocery store and to the laundromat. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting may be involved on a regular basis.
