What the work involves

Front Desk Agents will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, taking reservations, distributing resort information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. May occasionally need to assist guests by carrying guest luggage to or from their rooms. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am – 5:00pm or 4:00pm – 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
