Zakres obowiazkow

The worker will perform a variety of manual duties to assist in the first-time establishment of a new fruit tree orchard. The current phase of work focuses on land clearing and preparation for future planting. Duties include but are not limited to: - Land preparation: Clearing, leveling, and basic layout of the planting area. - Equipment support (as directed): Assisting in the basic operation of a farm tractor for land clearing or preparation tasks, under direct supervision. This is an occasional support task, not the primary duty. - Planting (future phase): Digging holes, planting young trees (saplings), and placing stakes for support, as the project progresses. - General orchard maintenance: Assisting with basic tree care tasks as instructed by the supervisor. - Other duties: Performing any other related manual tasks as needed for the development of the new orchard. Schedule: Monday through Saturday. The regular work schedule includes an unpaid, duty-free meal period of 30 minutes after no more than 5 hours of work. Due to the nature of agricultural work, hours may vary depending on weather, crop conditions, or daylight. Workers will be notified in advance of any necessary schedule changes. The employer guarantees employment for at least three-fourths of the workdays in the contract period.
