Zakres obowiazkow

On this corn and soybean farm, the crop work centers on handling and transporting corn and soybeans, with SOC 53-3032 accounting for 100% of the work performed. Employees drive heavy trucks or tractor-trailer combinations to move the specified agricultural products or materials between work locations, connect and disconnect trailers, and inspect coupling connections to ensure the equipment is properly secured for transport. Before and after trips, they conduct vehicle inspections by checking tires, lights, brakes, fluids, and vehicle safety equipment, and they load and unload cargo using the assigned handling equipment. They also verify cargo documents, delivery instructions, and load information so shipments match the required movement of farm products, and they clean trucks, trailers, and load-handling equipment to keep the transportation equipment ready for continued use.
