En que consiste el trabajo

Job duties include sampling and testing mill inputs to ensure they meet quality standards specifications, and company guidelines; preparing sample reports, and delivering reports to the Quality department. Job requires performing quality control inspections which include inspecting, testing, and analyzing employer produced grains and other mill inputs to determine their suitability for processing and to ensure inputs meet quality standards and specifications per company guidelines. Job duties will also include accurately inspecting inbound grain for moisture content, size, weight, color, toxins, pathogens, oil content, mold, protein content, and foreign presence using a variety of equipment that includes, but is not limited to, grain moisture meters, whole grain analyzers, inputting sample test results into sample reports; and delivering reports to Quality Control. Employee will also operate Feed Mill grinding and mixing equipment including batcher, micro table, and loading out of completed feed per Company guidelines. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
