En quoi consiste le travail
Winter duties include tending livestock and repairing and cleaning fences, ranch buildings, and general equipment maintenance and repairs. Tending livestock usually includes feeding, watering, birthing, branding, shearing, roping, sorting, pasturing, herding, grooming, or trimming, cleaning stalls and basic doctoring skills for the ranch's horses, cattle, poultry, pigs, and/or sheep. Repairing fences to separate pastures and building and maintaining all buildings on the property, maintaining machinery, trucks, tractors, and other equipment used in ranching. Effective 1/1/25, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked per week, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 "peak weeks" for highly seasonal employers. Employer will abide by all of Colorado's agricultural laws to include Senate Bill 21-087 ("SB87") and any subsequent Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Orders (COMPS order)
