Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning conditioning equipment, storage areas, and surrounding facilities. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team. Load semi-trucks with hopper bottom trailers without over or underfilling trailers; drive and deliver grain to terminals using semi-trucks. Operate fans and other equipment to condition grain and control moisture levels. Repair equipment as needed which may include but not be limited to replacing bearings, belts, drivelines, u-joints, filters, grease, oil, seals, gears, chains and other parts as needed. Assist in the management and preservation of wildlife habitat on the farm during the migration of waterfowl and deer such as: maintaining wire; removing debris; servicing wetlands; controlling weed pressure; inspect and record wildlife population; maintain adequate levels in ponds and wetland reserve program; Perform manual labor necessary to develop, maintain, or protect areas such as forested areas, woodlands, wetlands. Must be able to speak and understand English.
