Set up and break down food and beverage outlets and banquet spaces in preparation for and following a banquet event, including: moving tables and chairs with carts designed for that purpose; polishing silverware, folding napkins, setting and clearing tables, placing menus, setting up coffee condiments, setting up buffets with chafing dishes and plate risers, serving utensils, and closely related tasks. Cleaning of all food and beverage outlets, banquet space, and public space.
