Mga gawain sa trabaho
Duties may include: Perform routine agricultural labor to support daily farm operations involving crop production, field maintenance, irrigation assistance, harvesting, and general farm upkeep. Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Perform hand weeding and general field cleanup. Mow grass and vegetation in farm and orchard areas. Assist with irrigation activities and report leaks or problems to supervisors. Load, unload, and move agricultural materials and supplies. Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment. Perform other general farm labor as assigned. Previous agricultural experience required. Willingness to perform outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions. Ability to follow supervisor instructions and work as part of a team & other related Farm Worker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
