Drives and operates farm machinery such as tractors and combines to perform farm activities such as planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops and grains such as certified seed potatoes, wheat, soybeans, pinto, and black beans. The workers will load trucks owned by the buyers with seed potatoes that have been purchased. Routine maintenance will need to be done on equipment, buildings, and grounds including snow removal. All crops and locations are owned by Mitchell Jorde. Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 60 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING, No Educational level is required must be able to lift 50 pounds. 2 months of tractor driving with towed implements equipped with computerized monitors. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English for Safety instructions and record keeping.
